How much luggage fits?
The Standard Van takes up to 4 suitcases, the Van XL and the First Class Van up to 7, and the 8-Seater Van up to 8. If you have oversized luggage, add it when you book.
Can I bring a stroller and child seats?
Yes. Up to two child seats per trip are free of charge. Tell us the number and ages of the children when you book, and the stroller travels with you.
How is the price of a van transfer calculated?
The Standard Van and the Van XL are charged by distance from BER Airport to your address. The 8-Seater Van and the First Class Van have a fixed price within Berlin. The price you see before paying is final.
